• Senior Freelance Ruby On Rails Developer (Rails 3)
• Senior Freelance Web Developer (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with designers and other developers to create medium to large scale dynamic web sites
• Design and develop new applications and modify current systems
• Define rules methodology, templates, lifecycle, standards
• Work with business analysts to gather requirements from clients and end-users
• Market analysis, automation of data collection and analysis
• Document applications and systems and participate in design and code reviews
• Shaping the roadmap of our projects and tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years experience in web application development
• German and English fluently spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of server technologies (Apache & Linux)
• Excellent knowledge of relational and document-oriented databases
• Excellent data generation, data analysis, data manipulation and data mining skills
• Excellent logical and analytical programming skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and critical thinking skills
• Strong technology skills and understanding, with the ability to adapt to multiple platforms
• Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with managers, clients, and technical staff
• Proficiency in documentation, particularly design specifications & process flow diagrams
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction
